    III. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        V. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Orders for products\/services are placed through the website according to the steps described.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Payment is made via Stripe, credit or debit card, bank transfer, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. All prices include VAT, unless otherwise specified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. After accepting and confirming an order, the user receives a confirmation email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          VI. DELIVERY AND ACCESS TO PRODUCTS\/SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Digital products\/training courses are provided through a profile created on the website or by sending an access link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Physical products are delivered to the selected address by courier; delivery times and costs are specified when ordering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Inspilighted LTD shall specify the terms and conditions for delivery of individual goods on the website inspilighted.com.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            VII. RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. The materials, training videos, presentations, and all resources are copyrighted and intended for personal use. Copying, distribution, resale, or public use without the written consent of Inspilighted LTD is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The user is not entitled to transfer their access to paid products\/training courses to other persons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              VIII. ORDER CANCELLATION, COMPLAINTS, AND RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. You have the right to cancel a digital service or product within 7 days of purchase if you have not started the course\/training. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card used for payment within 30 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can file a complaint by email, describing the problem. Approved complaints will result in a refund or other compensation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. For physical products, the return and complaint period is governed by the Consumer Protection Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. Inspilighted LTD reserves the right, without prior notice and without owing compensation, to unilaterally terminate the contract if it finds that the User is using inspilighted.com in violation of these General Terms and Conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, generally accepted social, moral and ethical norms, as well as in violation of generally accepted rules in electronic commerce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                IX. LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Inspilighted strives to provide quality training and products, but does not guarantee specific results for each user. Success depends on personal involvement and motivation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. The website is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the resources and services provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Inspilighted LTD shall not be liable in cases of force majeure, unforeseen events, problems with Internet access, technical or other objective reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. Inspilighted LTD is not responsible for any breach of security measures of the technical equipment of the tonkin.bg website, for any possible subsequent loss of information, access to information, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  X. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Inspilighted processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable legislation under the Personal Data Protection Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. The data is used solely for the purposes of performing services and improving quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. The User agrees that Inspilighted LTD has the right to send the User electronic newsletters, product purchase offers, promotions, etc. via electronic messages at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    XI. CANCELLATION OF ACCESS AND USE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Inspilighted reserves the right to restrict, terminate access, or delete a user's profile in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or ethical standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
